Do not attend massage or yoga if sick. It is best to rest when the immune system is under duress plus you get the recording anyway or a make up so you wont miss out. I will then email an intake form to save time or you can choose to do it here if preferred. You can purchase class recordings or relaxations or meditations or I can give you a private yoga class or relaxation over zoom if you are not close by. Enrolled Yoga students get discounts on extra recordings and classes. Home visits: For local students who are unwell and unable to attend classes or regular sessions, I do occasionally offer home visits at the private rate plus a home visit fee will be applied in addition. |
Prices TERM 4 2024 - taking enrolments now
Private yoga class (in the studio or online as preferred): 90 mins - $135. This can be used as a private family session if preferred but after 3 people the price does go up for each additional person. 2025 prices will go up a little to $150 for 90mins and $120 for 60mins. 90min group classes may go up to $35 tbc. Yoga Therapy: $135 per 90mins (see tab to left). Atleast 3 sessions is recommended for the best results so this is a worthwhile option, but this depends on the person and what is to be addressed. It also includes an initial take home plan with instructions and diagrams, any recordings and follow up. Remedial Massage: $120 for 60mins or $135 for 90mins. Your session will include a pre/post assessment for new clients and also practices to take home to support you if asked to be included. I want to help support you back to wellness and welcome any suggestions or feedback as I continue to improve my service to you. You may like to try deep tissue with myofascia release for chronic conditions or for a really nourishing, relaxing experience - it is similar to massage but with a super slower pace. Term 4 2023 Yoga Classes for Term 4 2024 are $30 per 90min class. So $300 for 10 weeks. You can join later, if there is still space. The casual or partial term is $35 per 90 min class. Yoga nidra recorded class is $15 for a single 20-30min relaxation or or $100 for a 10 wk term of recordings approx 20mins. Weekly yoga classes, relaxation classes and meditations can be purchased separately. I am currently doing no group zoom classes but can still give private yoga / yoga therapy online. Payment (cheques payable to Esther Becchio) BSB 032285 Acc No 568340 Please check availability before paying. Payment must be received to secure your spot. Missed classes / Cancellations: If you wont make it to class, let me know so you can make it up any other day/evening during the term and I can in turn offer your spot to others waiting for make ups. It is a mutually beneficial system. You can choose a free relaxation recording for the week missed if you prefer. Refunds and Reduced Term Fees: If you are starting late or away for part of the term but still wish to book in, you are able to do make ups as long as you are booked in for the term at the time you are making up. You are welcome to try a class out a class for $35 before paying if you are new as bookings are non-refundable. Once booked, if you wont be able to attend lessons you can make up or get a recording but it isn't sustainable for me to reduce the price or reimburse as I have limited places and it can be hard to find last minute replacements or turn away people who want to book in for a full term. For this reason, you may wish to come as a casual but you will need to check there is a spot before each class you wish to attend. Privates: If you are scheduled for a private class and are unable to make the appointment, please cancel the day before and I can reschedule the appointment without charge, otherwise there may be a cancellation charge if I don't have time to fill your spot. Missed classes: There is the opportunity to make-up on another day/eve. Please give me as much warning as possible. This way I can offer cancellations around as make-ups to mutually benefit everyone. Although not always the case, cancellations are often last minute so be ready. As mentioned above, I do not offer reductions to the course fee for missed classes or cancellation however much I'd like to. Make-up lessons If you miss a lesson and there is the opportunity to make it up. I will do my best to help you do this on any of the other days there are spaces or cancellations. To assist with this, please let me know in advance if you will miss a session so I can offer the spaces to others and yourself for make-up lessons, thank you :-) If you want to make up a lesson please email on any of the other nights you are interested in by 7pm to check if there has been a cancellation (or by 9am if morning) and I will do my best to accommodate. Please try to make up in the same week or the following week if possible. Make ups will be prioritised for those who are making up during the same term and only for those who are enrolled at the time of making up. Enquire & enrol now for remainder of TERM 4 or 1 2024 or holiday classes to try out a class. Enrolments confirmed upon filling out a form (tab to left) and paying the term fee. Please ensure there is a spot before paying. It doesn't matter if I've not updated the form yet, just use the old one and the timetable is the same as before. I'll update these shortly. There are 2 'Concession' spots available per term for those experiencing financial difficulties. These can be used for up to a year if others are waiting to benefit from this offer too. |
