Monday 12.00-12:30am Pure Meditative Lying Relaxation $14 a session ($126 a term or $16 casual) (great for those with busy careers with high level responsibility, stress, carers, people in recovery who are unable to do the physical practices, parents with little self-time, everyone really)!

Pre-booking necessary - Please note your place is not confirmed until form/payment is received to make administration smooth! If the spots are full, there are often last minute cancellations so it is worth enquiring mid-term in case.
We also do Gift Vouchers for friends/loved ones. These can be made up immediately and sent out or collected on the same day. Great Christmas, birthday or mother's/father's day present. Vouchers can be for one class up to a full term or a yoga therapy session voucher or yoga nidra term.

* If you know in advance of booking that you can't make a session, let me know in case I can deduct that week. Otherwise, you can make it up another time during the term or even invite a friend/fam member to use your make up.
TERM 2 2018 fees - pre-bookings only
T2 : $20 for a 90min class
Private yoga class: 90 mins - $90
This can be used as a private family session etc.
Yoga Therapy: $90 per 90mins (see tab to left) or ask about a special deal for 3 consecutive sessions to be used within 6mths. Atleast 3 sessions is recommended for the best results so this is a worthwhile option. It also includes a take home plan with instructions and diagrams and follow up.
Term 2 2018
Yoga Classes for Term 2 2018 are $20 per 90min class ($24 for a casual 90 min class or $16 yoga nidra casual)
If joining late in term deduct $20 per lesson missed. If a lesson is missed it can be made up on another day/eve in the same or following week preferably, where there is a spot (please call that morning/evening to enquire about cancellations / spots or notify me in advance so we can find another day that suits that week).
Casuals are accepted if yoga practiced regularly/familiar with practices but space is not guaranteed so please check availability prior to coming ($24 casual for 1.5hrs or if extra class $20)

Cancellations: If you wont make it to class, let me know so you can make it up any other day/evening during the term and I can in turn offer your spot to others waiting for make ups. It is a mutually beneficial system. If you are away for part of the term but still wish to book in, I can give you make ups the following term if this helps which you are welcome to gift a friend/family member or use as there is space. You are welcome to try a class out before paying if you are new. Bookings are non-refundable generally, but if a term has been paid for and you let me know in advance that you want to cancel, I can give you a credit voucher for that amount.
Privates: If you are scheduled for a private class and cancel the day before, I can reschedule the appointment. If it is a no-show, it is non-refundable.
Missed classes: There is the opportunity to make-up on another day/eve. Please give me as much warning as possible. This way I can offer cancellations around as make-ups to mutually benefit everyone. Although not always the case, cancellations are often last minute so be ready!
Make-up lessons If you miss a lesson and there is an opportunity to make it up, I will do my best to help you do this on any of the other days there are spaces or cancellations. To assist with this, please let me know in advance if you will miss a session so I can offer the spaces to others and yourself for make-up lessons, thank you :-) If you want to make up a lesson please email on any of the other nights you are interested in by 7pm to check if there has been a cancellation (or by 9am if morning) and I will do my best to accommodate. Please try to make up in the same week or the following week if possible. Make ups don't roll over to following term unless this has been agreed to beforehand in some cases :)

Check with your healthcare plan whether you are entitled to a medicare rebate as this yoga is Nationally accredited and recognised by Yoga Australia. My membership # is SYTA3813. You will need to send me your healthcare number and referral letter then I will make you up the invoice.
