Myofascial Release
I have full professional certification in as a Myofascial Release Therapist. Myofascial release can be used for specific issues as a standalone modality or as part of a massage. It is generally similar to a massage but using different techniques and it is broader and slower and aimed at releasing fascial adhesions and restrictions as a focus rather than muscle. It can tie in beautifully with craniosacral therapy for those wanting more of a focus on the whole body, mind and spirit and fascia to bone, viscera and working distally or with areas of restriction that may be related but not immediately apparent until the intelligence of the body leads you to follow the melting and unwinding and certain areas of holding that may have also led to an area experiencing pain or restriction. It is more intuitive than massage and there are many amazing intra oral techniques that people can benefit from that help with headaches, migraines, TMJ, insomnia, stress, pain and in combination with CST, regulation of the Nervous system.
